Who Do You Send Your Parcels With?
For standard UK deliveries I use Royal Mail's Signed For service, which takes roughly 2-3 days for delivery and includes insurance. Royal Mail will deliver Monday to Saturday but that excludes any UK bank holidays. I send all worldwide shipments with Royal Mail's International Signed For service which is secure, fast and insured. A signature will be required before receiving your parcel.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped I will supply you with a tracking number via your provided email. You can use that tracking number to check on the status of your shipment. Here is the link to the tracking site: Royal Mail Signed For.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Standard deliveries sent with Royal Mail Signed For are usually made within 2-3 business days of your order being despatched however remote areas may take slightly longer. International orders are usually received within 4-5 business days of your order being despatched, however these times may vary due to your location. I will try and despatch all orders with 5 business days of the order being made, but please allow for up to 10 working days for orders to be delivered. Do I Have To Sign For The Parcel?
All orders I send out will require a signature. If you are not in to sign for your order the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to re-arrange delivery or collect your parcel in person. If the goods are not collected and they are returned to me, I can arrange to re-send them but there will be a charge for this.
My Goods Haven’t Been Shipped Yet. Whats Going On?
As a working photographer I cannot always send your order as soon as your order is made due to a number of different circumstances. Please check your spam and junk mail folders incase any correspondence may have been missed. If you are still unsure on the status of your order please contact me. On some rare occasions we may require additional information about you or the address to which the goods are being sent, which I will contact you via email or phone in regards to those queries.

Royal Mail Signed For- 2-3 working days once order has been collected.
£5.95 flat rate charge. No extra charge for 2 or more items.
Royal Mail International Signed For- 3-5 working days once order has been collected.
£10 flat rate charge. No extra charge for 2 or more items.
United States Of America
Royal Mail International Signed For- 5-7 working days once order has been collected.
£15 flat rate charge. No extra charge for 2 or more items.
Rest Of The World
Royal Mail International Signed For- 7-10 working days once order has been collected.
£20 flat rate charge. No extra charge for 2 or more items.
I Don’t Live In The UK. Will I Have To Pay Any Extra Import Charges?
Before you commit to your purchase you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. I cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. I have no control over these charges and I'm are unable to lower the stated value on any prints I send out.
If the product arrives damaged, please document it and contact me as soon as possible so a replacement can be issued free of charge. I will need the original order returning to me so it can be destroyed. I do not offer returns or exchanges except for in the case of damage to the item during shipping. Should you be effected by this, please email me and i will help you with both the return of the damaged item and the replacement print(s).
